“An agreement has been made that will cut $79 billion below President Obama’s 2011 budget proposal. This is the second largest spending cut in the history of our country. More importantly, this agreement will ensure that our military and their families do not see any interruption in their pay and will have the resources they need as America continues to engage in three wars.
