    This week, Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to fund the government for the next four weeks. This keeps the government open, but at last year’s funding level. While we were able to avoid a government shutdown for a period of time, a Continuing Resolution hurts our agencies and departments because they cannot plan for the future.
