2024 Emergency Preparedness Summit & Fair
Each spring, I host an Emergency Preparedness Summit and Fair in an effort to help North Texans be better prepared for severe weather and unforeseen natural and man-made disasters that may impact the region. This year my office will be partnering with the Town of Hickory Creek, the Hickory Creek Police Department, the Lake Cities Fire Department, and the Denton County Office of Emergency Management as well as governmental partners at the local, regional, state and federal level and other disaster response organizations. We’re planning for this free and informative event to be enjoyable and informative for the whole family, kids to seniors.
