Federal documents have increasingly become available on the Internet, through the Government Printing Office website, the various websites of federal agencies, and the Library of Congress' website. If you can't find what you need online, however, you should be able to obtain it through one of the following resources.

House of Representatives Document Room
The House of Representatives Document Room provides many congressional documents free of charge. To obtain materials, call (202) 226-5200 or email the Document Room.

Government Printing Office
The Government Printing Office provides government documents, including information from federal agencies, and many non-congressional materials. Fees are applied to each order. To obtain materials, call (202) 512-0000 or email their customer help center.
