As the 2016 fiscal year comes to a close and Congress passes yet another stop-gap, short-term spending bill, known as a continuing resolution, Congressman Burgess discusses the reasons why he could not support this piece of legislation that neglected to address essential issues such as the Administration's hand over of internet oversight and the influx of un-vetted Syrian refugees and immigrants crossing our borders.
