The North America's Superhighway Coalition will hold its International Transportation Forum at the Doral Tesoro Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas on April 30, 2004. NASCO consists of community leaders and government officials who collectively address planning and funding issues along the NASCO Corridor, which connects Canada to Mexico, primarily along Interstate 35, through the central United States.

The day-long International Transportation Forum begins with U.S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta presenting a national and international perspective on the realities of transportation reauthorization. U.S. Representative Michael Burgess will lead a panel of congressional Members as they discuss current federal transportation issues.

Congressmen Burgess and Istook and Congresswoman Johnson will take media questions following their panel (at about 10:15 AM).

Media is encouraged to attend.
