Congressman Burgess will be speaking during the Transportation Finance Summit panel. The Congressman will appear on a panel entitled "Gaining Political and Public Acceptance for Tolling and other Direct User Fees" with Peggy Catlin, Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Dept. of Transportation; and Steve Hogan, Executive Director of the Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority in Denver. Congressman Burgess' proposed speech is "New Opportunities and Models for Road Finance in Texas."
