Wally was a member of Mercury 13 and trained to be an astronaut back in the 1960s. Sadly, she was not given the opportunity to join her fellow trainees in space. WASHINGTON— Congressman Tom O’Halleran (AZ-01) and Congressman Michael C. Burgess (TX-26) have introduced H.R. 4326, the Electric Vehicle Mobility Area Planning Act (EV MAP Act).
