This week Dr. Burgess provided an update from Washington on the Continuing Resolution and the Oversight and Investigation Subcommittee Health hearing, when he questioned Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on the FY 2012 HHS Budget and the Implementation of Public Laws 111-148 (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) and 111-152 (Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010).
