Domestic and global food prices have dramatically risen in the past few years, and many experts place partial blame on the U.S. dependency on corn-based ethanol fuel. Today’s roundtable discussion, moderated by Rep. Michael Burgess, M.D. (R-Texas), Vice Chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee, will focus on the unintentional effects certain forms of alternative energy may have on the world’s food supply.
