Washington, D.C. – Congressman Michael C. Burgess, M.D. (R-TX), attended the inauguration of President Joseph R. Biden Jr. and Vice President Kamala Harris today. He was joined by local Denton Record Chronicle Editor Sean McCrory. 

“Today, the world watched as our nation peacefully transferred power to a new president,” Burgess said. “I will continue to work to ensure that the priorities of the 26th District of Texas are accomplished as I hold President Biden and his administration accountable. I hope this administration will pursue bipartisan policies.”
