Special Address: Funding our Government
Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed an appropriations bill to fund our Armed Forces, the federal government, and other essential services and programs. While Dr. Burgess is supportive of Congress’ efforts to secure funding for these priorities, he acknowledges that the process by which Congress passes funding legislation is broken.
