    I am so pleased to hear you say that you have spoken with other medical doctors on the hill about the Affordable HealthCare Act. Dr. Ron Paul has always stood squarely on the Constitution for all of his actions in Congress. I wonder what he suggests to address the issue of the Constitutionally of this law and what might be done by Congress at this point in time. If Congress is impotent to do anything and the Governors of the several states must act, and if it is true that the majority of the citizens are opposed to this act, how did we get here? What has happened to our Republic? Why did Congress not act when the Supreme Court upheld this law---was there nothing in the Constitution that addresses what Congress could have done?     Dear Congressman Burgess, It blows me away that the Democrats stold the election so easily and we're not even going after them over it. Is it possible for the Congress to refuse to fund obamacare, free cell phones, 20 months of unemployment, almost 50 million people on food stamps, and the list goes on and on? Congress does control the purse strings doesn't it? I don't get it. My father taught me well that the value of a MAN is in his soul and what he produces with his hands! I really don't understand how to keep going with no end in sight of the insanity that we wake to each day. I say stand and make a difference. Refuse to fund this insanity. We don't have the money for it anyway. I appreciate your position. It's time for ADULTS to step up and fight for us. We are the REAL AMERICANS!!! The ones that go to work everyday and take care of my Family. It's about time for REAL MEN to step up and be men, take the Bull by the horns and FIGHT THEM!!! Thank you, David

    We do need tax reform. We need to find a way for the people who are here illegally to help pay for their meds, housing, Medicare and Medicad. I personally do not wish for us to have any more SPENDING to get out of debt. If the money is not in my pocket I don't get to take the bread home. So explain how we can stop the Pres. from spending. I am so disgusted with Obama'a LACK of leadership. He has done more to divide this country than slavery ever did. And on that why is George Soros never mentioned in the news media on how he controls our President. I want my America Back and Christian values are included in that. Let's get some strong leaders in the house to refuse to spend any more tax dollars until the Senate moves to compromise. Compromise is great if both sides compromise. I have not seen any compromise from the Democrats. At 75 yrs. I am concerned about almost evrything coming out of Washington DC.
