Today’s shooting at Fort Hood Army Base in Killeen, Texas is shocking and deeply saddening. My thoughts and prayers are with the soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood and their families, the nurses and doctors who attended to the wounded during this emergency, and all Americans who are struggling to understand this tragic incident.
